Well if you found this review or were looking around the Bubble Bobble page in general, then I doubt that I need to tell you how much fun this game is. This is a real throw back to when games had to be fun for fun's sake. The graphics weren't anything special, you didn't have some high profile soundtrack, and there wasn't much hype ... but boy does thing have staying power.
I can honestly say that this game is probably one that has the best memories for me. My entire family used to spend HOURS playing this game. We wouldn't stop until we beat it a couple of times, and we always had fun playing it. No matter how many times we had played it. It is a real measure of the genius behind some of the best games for the NES. You keep it simple and fun. Period.
That's enough of my rambling.
Take my scores with a grain of salt. We are talking about a NES game here, so it isn't going to rank highly against a CoD4 in the graphics and sound department.
